Dr. John Ervin, a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, joined the Eye Center of Central Georgia as a comprehensive ophthalmologist in 2004 and welcomes new patients.

Spencer F. Maddox III, M.D.


Dr. Spencer F. Maddox is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and has practiced at the Eye Center of Central Georgia since 1993. Dr. Maddox is the only pediatric ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained adult strabismus surgeon in Middle Georgia.

Malcolm S. Moore, Jr., M.D.


Dr. Sid Moore is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist at the Eye Center of Central Georgia. He has been in practice at the Eye Center since 1989, specializing in cataract surgery and comprehensive ophthalmology.

Dr. Eric Baylin and Dr. Javier Servat, from Oculofacial Plastic Surgeons of Georgia, see patients in our office several times each month and perform surgery at Medical Eye Associates. They are Board Certified surgeons, specializing in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the eyelids, brows, midface, orbits, and tear ducts.


Dr. W. Barry Lee, from Eye Consultants of Atlanta, is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist specializing in cornea, external diseases, and refractive surgery.  He consults with patients in our clinic and performs surgery.

Dr. John Page, a Board Certified Ophthalmologist since 1971, has practiced general ophthalmology in Macon since 1969. He, Dr. Fleetwood Maddox, and Dr. L.E. Brown established the Eye Center of Central Georgia.
